When the page Conditions of return recognises a more favourable commercial period, for example up to 30 days for certain items, this benefit is added and does not reduce the legal minimum right.

The mere fact that an article is a commercial, botanical or natural product does not alone eliminate the right of withdrawal: the exception must be legally applicable to the product and clearly communicated.

Where the withdrawal is validly exercised, the refund shall be made within the time limits provided for by law.The seller may withhold the refund until the goods are received or until the customer has proved that he has returned them, if the applicable law so permits.
