Traveling on the Throne
An individual journey led through Air, Water, Fire and Earth to rediscover center, movement, warmth and personal power.
The throne is not a place, it's the point inside you from which you go back to direct your life.
There are times when you feel that you have lost center, heat, direction, and the journey to the throne is born to bring you back to the center, through guided imagination, presence and symbolic strength of the four elements, you enter an inner space where you can let go of what weighs, flow back and reconnect with your personal power.
The throne
Before you even change anything outside, you need to feel where you're choosing inside.
When you feel centered again, it changes the way you breathe a situation, the way you look at it, and most importantly, the way you choose to go through it.
The Throne Journey is a one-on-one experience, and I'm going to take you slow down, get into your imagination, and build a precise inner place: a circle, four forces around you, and a throne in the center.
And that's where the journey begins: not in looking for an answer outside of yourself, but in coming back to take your place.
Four elements, four inner movements, one center, you.
Each element carries a different quality, and we don't use them as decoration, but as a symbolic map that can speak directly to the mind and body.
Air · Creating
The Air is mind, vision, direction, the place where a possibility is born before it becomes action, where you focus on what you want to create and what thought you want to start from.
Water · Flow
Water moves, dissolves, takes away what no longer needs to be fixed, the movement of letting go of debris and feeling your energy flow again.
Fire · Lighting
Fire is heat, determination, vital impulse, and it's what comes back on when you feel cold inside, still or far away from what you really want.
Land · Support
The earth gives weight, roots, and support, and it reminds you that you must not only imagine one direction: you must feel stable enough to inhabit it.
When you come to the throne, you're not becoming someone else, you're remembering who decides.
The throne is the symbol of your center, and sitting there, in your imagination, means stopping for a moment to look at yourself only through what happened to you and starting to perceive yourself from the position of who can choose, create, say yes, say no, welcome, let go.
During the journey, images, places, symbolic people, forgotten interiors, or polarities that you feel are far from you may emerge.
You let yourself be led, but the journey remains yours.
We 're going into space.
You'll settle down in a quiet place, preferably lying down and without distractions, and I'll stay with you and accompany you with my voice, step by step.
Let's build the circle.
The imagination takes shape: Air, Water, Fire and Earth find their place around you. The center is not empty. The center is you.
Enter the Throne
When the throne takes shape, the perspective changes, and from there we observe what comes out and work with the images, the sensations and the symbols that come in.
Let's move the elements.
There are no abstract concepts left: we cross them. Water flows again. Fire reignites. Earth sustains. Air opens a new direction.
Two different routes, because not all blocks ask for the same door.
It starts from the thread that keeps repeating itself in your story, and it searches for the knot, brings it to light, and builds a personal 24-day path around that core.
Use guided imagination, symbols and four elements to bring you back to an inner position of presence, movement, warmth, support and choice.
They're not two versions of the same service. The journey to the throne is for those who feel that first of all they need to return to their inner space.
Not an escape from reality, a different way to get back in.
Let go of the weight
When everything stays fixed inside, the choices become heavy too, and the Journey creates a symbolic movement to move, flow and free up space.
Reigniting the Heat
There are times when you feel shut off, distant, frozen, and fire works on the opposite side of you, bringing warmth, presence and life back to your center.
Take back your power
Not the power over others, the power to choose how to be, what to accept, what to leave and what direction to move your life.
Back to flow
The point is not to control everything, it's to stop feeling stuck, and when something moves again, you can start moving again.
One experience can change the way you look at everything else.
The Journey to the Throne is a guided, one-on-one session, and you don't have to take anything and you don't have to know meditation techniques: I'll walk you inside the structure, while what emerges remains deeply yours.
The questions that really matter.
Is that hypnosis?
No, it's an experience of guided imagination and presence, you stay conscious, you listen to my voice, and you're the one who observes and traverses what takes shape inside of you.
Do I have to be good at visualizing?
No. You don't have to see perfectly. For some people, there are clear images, for others, sensations, words, intuitions, or just a perception.
Why the four elements?
Because they give a simple, powerful map to four different movements: create with the air, flow with the water, light with fire, and sustain with the earth.
You know what I'm gonna see?
No, and that's one of the most important points, the structure is guided, but the images and symbols that emerge are not imposed, which is what makes every trip deeply personal.
Do I have to prepare something?
Above all, you need a quiet space, a phone or a stable connection and the ability to be comfortable without interruption during the experience.
If you've never been to the Throne, come in for the first time and feel it from the inside.
For your first experience you can access the same full session with a Dedicated feeIt doesn't change the journey, it doesn't change the presence, it doesn't change the individual work, it just changes the price of your first experience.
You don't have to understand everything first, but part of the value of the journey is what I can't tell you in advance, because it has to come out of you.
Sometimes you don't have to find a new path, you have to get back to where you can choose.
If you feel that something inside you is still, cold, dispersed or far from its center, the Journey to the Throne is a precise invitation: enter, meet the four elements, and sit back in your place.
