X controllare il bruciore semplicemente mi apro ad esso, se scappi o resisti può essere molto intenso. Non ho quasi bisogno di respirare a fondo. Rimango con occhi chiusi x un dieci minuti circa e lo uso mattina appena sveglio e prima di andare a dormire x acuire la comunicazione con il mio Sé.
